A movement guide, a storyteller, and a passionate believer in the power of breath and body connection. From a background in theatre and a deep love for holistic well-being, my journey has taken me from the stage to the grounding energy of the yoga mat.
Having trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Daoist Yoga, I bring a blend of strength, fluidity, and mindfulness to the practice. My classes are designed to be more than just physical movement—they are an invitation to explore, to release, and to find balance both on and off the mat.
Beyond yoga, I’m a Reformer Pilates instructor at 1Rebel and a dedicated advocate for movement as a tool for self-discovery and healing. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, my approach is inclusive, uplifting, and always infused with a sense of playfulness and purpose.
Why I Practice
In a world of social media, instant responses, and constant noise, yoga has given me the space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. From a young age, I navigated grief and bullying, often feeling the weight of expectation and the rush of the world around me. Yoga has been my anchor, helping me become the person I am today. To share this practice with others is a truly beautiful thing—one that brings healing, strength, and self-acceptance.
The mat is always there—the journey—is the practice.
